Ann Matteson founded The High Potential Group to provide leadership development, talent management and coaching to leaders and organizations so they can perform at their best. Ann has over 20 years of experience working with executives and leaders. Recently, Ann was the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at The Energy Project, a company dedicated to helping organizations and individuals build capacity by more effectively managing energy to maximize performance. Her work at The Energy Project has included facilitating their curriculum, delivering keynote presentations and coaching senior executives at organizations including Ernst & Young, Campbell’s Soup, Google, Kaiser Permanente, Sony Pictures Entertainment, the LAPD and Wells Fargo Bank. Prior to joining the Energy Project in the beginning of 2008, Ann was employed at Fidelity Investments for 13 years, where she led the leadership development function for a large division of Fidelity and was charged with the development of leaders, from the executive team through mid level managers. Ann previously worked for Fleet Bank and Bank of New England, where she was responsible for management and organizational development. Ann holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from Thunderbird, with a concentration in cross-cultural communications, and a BA in Political Science from Colorado State University. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at Suffolk University’s MBA program and has presented at a Conference Board seminar and at the New England Human Resource Association (NEHRA)annual conference. She lives in Lexington, MA with her husband and two daughters. |
