Our collective discussions will focus on enhancing our personal leadership in a variety of forums--exercising leadership in our organizations, professions, communities and in our families.

In order to enhance our leadership in many situations and to maximize our time together, we encourage you to reflect on situations where you felt additional points of view would have helped. Our worlds are changing every day, with previous assumptions no longer valid. Our need to share experiences and reflections in a supportive setting has never been more important. Our goal during our time together is to:
- be more in the moment, without outside distractions, enhancing our ability to experience
- listen to understand, instead of focusing on whether others agree or disagree
- be open and willing to share, in order to receive what may be helpful
- and last of all, to have fun, re-energize and enjoy the experience.
