     Michele Hunt is the founder of Vision & Values where she works with leaders to unleash the collective gifts and align their culture, organizational structures, processes, and systems.

     In 1993, Michele was appointed by President Bill Clinton to serve as the executive director of the Federal Quality Institute, with the mission to help seed the reinvention of the US Government. Until June of 1995, she lead the institute working with Vice President Al Gore and the cabinet leadership teams on this initiative.

     Prior to this appointment, Michele spent 13 years with Herman Miller, as Corporate Vice President for People where she was responsible for global "human resources," quality management, communications and people. Her contributions led Herman Miller to be recognized as: one of the “Most Admired Companies in America” to work for, one of the top 10 companies to work for and one of the best companies for women.

     Michele is the author of the book DreamMakers: Putting Vision and Values to Work; serves on the board of directors of Hewitt Associates and is an Aspen Fellow, of The Aspen Institute.
