Steve Kerr is the former Chief Learning Officer at GE and Goldman Sachs. He served as Dean of the business school at University of Southern California and was a member of the faculty at the Universities of Michigan and Ohio State. Co-author of the bestsellers, The Boundaryless Organization and GE- Workout, he is perhaps best known for authoring one of Harvard Business Review's most requested articles, "The Folly of Hoping for A While Rewarding B". His most recent book, released in 2009, is "Reward Systems- How Does Yours Measure Up?
