Karol Wasylyshyn

Dr. Karol Wasylyshyn is a consulting psychologist who has distinguished her work on three fronts: (1) executive coaching of C-suite executives, (2) the design and implementation of succession processes and high potential development programs, and (3) the application of emotional intelligence in business. Her clients have included Bristol-Myers Squibb, Colgate Palmolive, Dupont, FMC, General Electric, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson and Johnson, Norfolk Southern Railroad, Pfizer International, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. A frequent speaker on the subject of leadership development, she is a pioneer among executive coaches and has coached hundreds of business leaders in every global sector.

Karol's current academic appointment is Adjunct Professor of Clinical Psychology, Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University. She is also a past member of the coaching faculty in The Wharton School’s Advanced Management Program. Widely published in her field, she has recently published Standing on Marbles: Three Leaders Types in Verse and Imagery. Later this year her next book will be released: Behind the Executive Door: Unexpected Lessons for Managing Your Boss.
